Update of vue is required for an security issue

I guess, If the PR from the dependabot are merged, that the bot will also provide an PR for vue itself.

@rogden what is the plan of maintaining this project? Just add features and not updating stuff? PRs from dependabot are 2 years old. I would provide an PR, but you have already an bot for that.
