As a Administrator I need a way to verify the email So that we can send recovery emails to the user

Details and Assumptions

We could cover the principal email providers like Google and Microsoft

Acceptance Criteria

Given the user inserts 'notEmail@invalid.mail'
When the API evaluate the data
Then the API should return an error
