Documentation: Where to keep?

Just wondering where we should keep documentation. There seems to be two ways:

Alternatively, we could use the Github wiki and sync it as a submodule in the source repo Link

Thoughts?

For now, I'll use the wiki as a temp solution

Sure thing, I'm really liking the top level folder structure.

We can use continue to use wiki but let's write some code!
