Let's define the first basic use case that filed will support :)

Some potential cases:

Moving *.pdf files into a user defined folder (e.g. their Dropbox folder, etc)

I think it's also important to maintain an audit log of everything that occurs. That way the user can see what has been moved, and maybe in the future be able to undo or create filters from things?
