Persian/Farsi Translation #155

I think you need to add persian other index.html files

I'v added the index.fa.html to existing files and also a link for persian to available languages in the index.html. Did you mean this? in other words what do i need to do more? What i'v coded so far

Each language index file needs to have a link to other index files
