IPNI linked to wrong record and not moving using bulk linking #109

Berberis https://list.worldfloraonline.org/rhakhis/ui/index.html#wfo-4000004457 has a species ID associated with it from mass linking IPNI ids This is the ID urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:77343108-1 Should belong to this record. https://list.worldfloraonline.org/rhakhis/ui/index.html#wfo-1000065825

I tried to force move the ID using the move existing IDs, but it doesn't look like it moved.
