Adding a name a two part name that is only a one part name #17

Using add name Sapindaceae Xanthoceratoideae to see what would happen.

It created the name like a species. I changed the rank to subfamily. and added the rest of the data. When I try to place in the taxonomy by raising to accepted within to finds nothing. I think because somethere is has stored Spaindaceae too. Lets me synonymise but not place anywhere as accepted.

I fixed this record be changing the rank back to species and deleting the "Genus" 1st part of the name. updating and changing back to a subfamily. Everything works again.

Might still be worth putting something in the code to stop idiots like me doing this in the 1st place
