Craft to live copy scripts and directory structure #81

We are not certain these are working correctly. Need work with Nye to simplify how the two websites are set up on Craft and then get the code publishing scripts working smoothly.

Booking some time with Nye next week.

Didn't change the directory structure but got the publication scripts running OK
