Literature. Convert BHL links from OpenURL to straight page links. #84

The BHL links used are openurl format which is brittle and very long. Convert these links to direct page links. This should also allow more page thumbnails to be included.

Script now written and running. Some point to "multiple" results and therefore can't be simplified. A handful of others are already in the references table in their direct page link form and will need sorting separately but the vast majority (~200k) should be simplified.
