CSS in general needs to be updated. #18

- CSS needs to be fixed. The controls are bunched together for the Update 
patient screen.
- The buttons need to look like buttons. Right now they look like borders. All 
actions links need to 
look like buttons. Meaning that they should not be confused with headings.
