Unspecified gender ? #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to /medical_record/patient/
2. New Patient form
3. Gender drop down

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be male and female. What else can there be :)

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Ok, undertood :)  this is a privacy of data issue. Some patients may not want to
provide this information.
