Other than the self-pay Bill payment #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Registration as Insurance / Hospital Insurance->Bill-confirm
payment->Bill->append-> some Medicine -> save-> confirm payment.
2. I have attached 7 screen shot files (screenshot to screenshot-6) to
explain the problem.
3. Issue-28  is almost same,that was payment-refund but this issue is for
normal bill payment. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Check the current revision, 262 and confirm that this error is still in the same
condition.
