purpose

pre-fire, post-fire, 1, 2 and 3 years post fire

post salvage classified based on ndvi level of soil disturbance and cover

skid trial, bare soil (some with slash), control plots

go with wepp watershed

set up interface to use 10m DEM and upscale to 2m. have user upload vector layer and drop by 0.1 m or a specified amount.

are they acting like hillslopes or channels

look for impoundments database from shui from old online interface code. have to know how the water backs up
