The completion indicator needs to be finished. Also, another completion indicator. There should be two:

Number of hours this session (out of max_session_length - default 8). Number of hours for this project (out of project estimate - new ticket to be created..

Working on fixing the meter. When done, this ticket can be completed in conjunction with #106
