Understand `Scenario` endpoints #4

Spend some time looking into the Scenario endpoints, especially focusing on the "Get Percent Complete curve" because there are two versions. We also need to see how these data/variables relate to the frontend.

Scenario data seem to populate two figures on SmartPM:

The data could be used for other purposes but these are the two obvious ones
