DF with row for each team. Data:

Should be a dim table with additional data reliant on results function.

Base team details from https://firstcycling.com/team.php?d=2&y=2024 where d= changes depending on division. 1 to 9 for the different divisions.

Then add in the aggregated data from the player_details() function
