Add value_from to include GC Bonus time from leader and GC bonus time from overall leader

overall leader will be easier to identify. But for stage-by-stage leader, that will be more difficult. How difficult, unsure until I investigate.

Added Bonus seconds as a new option for value_from...

Going to add process for value_from where comparison is not within same category.

Add KOM, Points and Youth standings to the output.

KOM / Points average position needs redoing...

Need to think about how to do this...

Option 1: Lowest scorer + 1 Option 2: Non-Scorers are decided by stage position
