Results_Pivot() Strade Bianche breaking? #44

Not sure if it is a wide-spread bug but Strade Bianche doesn't work within the Results_Pivot() function.

I think it doesn't do the race tally in order of dates but perhaps race_id...

This means that for almost all races it is fine that I've looked at before but this bug has been underlying since creation.

Solution should be to arrange the tally by dates at first. Hopefully quick solution (fingers crossed)
