The mean time between failure (MTBF) for each unit group for script testing is tabulated below; MBTF will be longer for the real game. MBTF is in game minutes and represents the time the unit group will be operable by the player before breakdown due to lack of fuel or maintenance. The player can extend MTBF by successfully delivering supplies of fuel and parts to the supply depots. Failure to do this will result in the player having reduced forces for the next battle. So the table implies that vehicles in group A1 are the least reliable gas-guzzlers and those in group A9 are the most reliable and fuel efficient.
