What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.allow save and restore on sd-ext
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I change my phone my data is not saved on the phones internal drive
labeled as sd

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
motorola Droid razr

Please provide any additional information below.

Currently I think by default the backup creates a file in /root/sd but on the
new phones with built
In internal memory it uses that label and it uses /root/sd-ext for the sd card
memory. When put in the internal memory when we change phones we lose that data
unless we manually copy it to the external drive. this issue is same for the
restore.

I am seeing the same behavior on my Galaxy Nexus. Backup and Export don't
result in any files showing up in the directory visible from the USB.

Please see http://code.google.com/p/secrets-for-android/wiki/Upgrade for
instructions on moving secrets from one phone to another. Enabling online
backup is strongly encouraged.
