Support for new Ikea Rotret switch/dimmer #84

Please add the support for the new Ikea Rotret switch/dimmer. This new device has the advantage of using a AAA battery instead of an button cell.

Rotret should be Rodret.

The Tradfri hub does not support switches or dimmers via its API, so there is no need/way to add it to this app. Just add the button via the Ikea Homesmart App and pair it with a light.

If you want to use the button directly with Homey, add it using the Athom Ikea App (not the Tradfri gateway app). If it is not supported yet, ask Athom to add it.
