Fix rendering for Tibetan after PR #109 #121

Unfortunately we have to separate characters of the Tibetan language, because they render ligatures that aren't exactly monospaced.

For example this: "མས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་ཅི་དེད། སངས་རྒྱས་ཐབ་པའི་ཐབསལ་བཔོདཔ་མཆོག་ དུ་གསུངསཔཡིན།དེསྒོམཔའིརྟེནཨ་ནེ་ཡིན་ཞང་།དམཔའི་ཆོས་" won't render correctly with the #109 PR.

Issues only for master branch, please. This should be a comment on #109. Edit: Merged #109 — repoening this.
