GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. git pull
2. put in config.mk:
ARDUINO=/Applications/Arduino.app/Contents/Resources/Java   # patched version
of Arduino 1.0.3
ARDUINOS=${ARDUINO}
BUILDROOT=build

# Select 'mega' for the original APM, or 'mega2560' for the V2 APM.
BOARD=mega2560
# The communication port used to communicate with the APM.
PORT=/dev/ttyUSB0
3. cd ArduCopter
4. make

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- ardupilot-mega (git 02-Jan-2013)
- Mac OS 10.8.2
- Arduino-1.0.3 (with modifications required for ArduPilot)
- GNU Make 3.81

Please provide any additional information below.
It works for 2.8.1 release, but 2.9-rc2 and git head is broken.

Arduino.app/Contents/Resources/Java/lib/version.txt contains "${version}"
instead of "1.0.3" in Arduino-1.0.3 with modifications required for ArduPilot.
Putting 1.0.3 in version.txt solves the problem!
