Mission Planner after 1.2.35 stopped working with Mono #906

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install a recent Mission Planner (I've tried up to 1.2.43 released a couple 
hors ago)
2. Install latest Mono libraries (sudo apt-get install mono-runtime 
libmono-winforms2.0-cil libmono-corlib2.0-cil libmono-system-web4.0-cil 
libmono-system-management4.0-cil)
3. Run it with mono ./ArdupilotMegaPlanner10.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Mission Planner should run but instead it dumps with the error - 
Unhandled Exception: System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 
'ArdupilotMega.Program' from assembly 'ArdupilotMegaPlanner10, 
Version=1.1.4852.35963, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.
[ERROR] FATAL UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: System.TypeLoadException: Could not load 
type 'ArdupilotMega.Program' from assembly 'ArdupilotMegaPlanner10, 
Version=1.1.4852.35963, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tested with 1.2.40 up to 1.2.43 using Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Worked fine unitl version 1.2.35 at least

Just tested with Ubuntu 12.04 and works fine, thanks.
