I was trying to solve the first, to keep the menu open by default in Large screen devices. But couldn't get that working. The second one I will try to implement.

Thanks for the changes.

This is very good for now. However, we can later generate better TOCs like this.

It has multiple levels of indentations from heading 1 to heading 3.
