Changes

Added common bass tunings.
String selection sounds will now play as the current instrument.

Technical Changes

Added support for different instruments in tunings.
Tuning selection list now displays instrument name.
Fixed bugs arising from tunings with different numbers of strings.
Order of custom tunings is now maintained.
Bumped minor version to v1.2.0.
