Minor release adding bass tunings and filters for the tuning list.

Features Added

• Added common bass tunings. (#14)
• Tuning list is now filterable by instrument and category. (#17)
• Added links to the privacy policy and feedback form in the about screen. (#24)

Changes

• Tunings are now grouped by instrument and category.
• A confirmation message is now shown when deleting a custom tuning, with an option to undo and restore the tuning. (#16)

Fixes

• The app will now request microphone permission only once when started up, before directing users to system settings. (#23)
