Thanks for the contribution, Linghui! I can see that the Soot nightly build server has moved too.

I'll test/review this PR as soon as possible and get it merged.

Did some further re-organization in commit 7539946 to convert to Maven directory layout and run tests using mvn test.

Some notes:

• Currently, the Maven tests only help catch runtime exceptions (e.g. soot cannot load classes or NPEs). Ideally, there should be a comparison of the output of the test analyses with an ideal/expected analysis solution.
• We should host VASCO on Maven Central or perhaps the Soot repository so that users can simply depend on VASCO via Maven instead of having to clone the repository.
