upgrade polling #1

Hi Rohan, using your 1Password integration, seems like it's only pulling the last 100 events, and doesn't check if there's more or less events. It also keeps polling and inserting the last event each time the poller runs.

As I've created a slack integration here, with some advanced polling, that might be of use.

I'll create a PR when done
