Fix missing ifdef for include #41

Yes! Sorry about that, maybe we should keep the CI running with older MuJoCo versions as well? Although I am not sure there's usually a reason not to update MuJoCo along with mc_mujoco?

I don't think there's any need to keep the CI for older versions!
