First of all, thank you for posting your code for your new preprint! I recently read it - congrats on the important work!
I'd like to invite you to contribute some of your methods to the pycytominer python library to enable image-based profiling pipelines. We've been developing this open source package for the past 2+ years and we use it currently, in production, nearly every day!
Tested with ~99% code coverage, the package is reliable. With about 12 contributors, it is also still very much in development, and we have not yet written up a paper for publication.
I've written an issue in the repo (cytomining/pycytominer#169) that I feel would be a great place for a newcomer from your lab to contribute. We'd LOVE to have your contributions to the code-base and would be happy to help walk through a first pull request.
Nice to hear that you have explored both code and preprint.
We would be more than happy to contribute. Is there any information or documentation that can expedite the process for us?
