after cloning VM in CLI, VM missing in webpanel list #567

Steps to reproduce:
1. cp /etc/vz/conf/$OLDVE.conf /etc/vz/conf/$NEWVE.conf 
2. vzctl start $NEWVE
3. check webpanel list

Actual result: new VM not in list

Expected result: new Vm in list
