Description: User not able to create an account from the account section of the website.
Steps to Reproduce: Launch and Login the website -> Click on the account section -> Click on create an account => Sign up/Create account page will not be loaded successfully.
Expected Behavior: Create account page should be load and the user should be able to create an account.
Actual Behavior: Create account page not getting load successfully.
Environment: British Museum/ Staging
Operating System: Windows
Browser/Software Version: Chrome
