no indication in the display message that user has to type in #3

Double is in caps lock but they should have surrounded it with brackets to signify its supposed to be user input.

The UG on how to use the updateBudget function is clear and intuitive enough for the user to know that they are supposed to key in a double value

Reason for disagreement: Team assumes the instructions are "clear and intuitive enough for the user", which I can understand as from their point of view it is obvious that this is what a user should input. However, my point is that it causes confusion for a user, to not have an indication of when it should be their input. This could have been done by mentioning that capital letters mean it is the user input, or by surrounding it with brackets.
