The entity Progress is not supposed to be so close its constructor in a sequence diagram?

It is not really clear to me what this issue addresses. The specific part of the sequence diagram is merely trying to explain how BudgetHandler self-invokes a function which creates a new object of type Progress (hence the constructor).
