Update the Styling of the Background & Add Dark Mode/Light Mode Toggle

We are enhancing the project's background styling and adding a dark mode/light mode toggle feature. This will provide users with the flexibility to switch between a light theme and a dark theme for better accessibility and user experience. We're looking for contributions to:

• Improve the current background styling to make it visually appealing (e.g., adding gradients, improving color schemes).
• Implement a toggle button that allows users to switch between dark mode and light mode.
• Ensure that the themes apply consistently across the app, maintaining good contrast, readability, and responsiveness on different devices.
• The toggle state (dark/light mode) should persist across page reloads (e.g., using localStorage).

Contributors should follow modern UI/UX principles and ensure that all external libraries or resources are properly referenced. This issue is open to contributors of all levels!
