Bower install docs #17

Since you don't have a master branch, running bower install pills does not resolve. Docs should read: bower install pills#gh-pages... or create a master branch. Thanks!

Added a new release pointing to gh-pages. Bower release was for master branch when there were two branches. Now bower install pills will work correctly.
