Does not install on HTC Hero #126

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install from SD via Apps Installer
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When attempting to install using AppsInstaller an 'Application not installed' 
pop up apears saying "Open GPS Tracker could not be installed on this phone' 
Which Android device are you using?
HTC Hero
What version of Android are you running?
Firmware Version 1.5
Build Number 2.73.421.5
Please provide any additional information below.
