Automatically provide track name #127

Currently, when beginning a track, the user must manually enter a track name if
he wants to name the track. If the application automatically generated a track
name [say, 201007211801, for a track started 21 July 2010 at 18:01], the user
would be free to delete the track name [for a blank track name], enter their
own track name, or use the default.

This would allow for much quicker beginnings of tracks, and wouldn't require
typing, which isn't always practical when doing the sort of active things one
does when using a GPS logger.

The naming dialog could be easier with a default name.

Please note that regardless of entering a name the logging starts. You could
even log an entire track with the naming dialog open/ignored.

Added a skip button to the naming the track dialog which generates a default
name for the track e.g. "Track 2010-07-24 16:44"

That's absolutely splendid! I had to rename several dozen tracks today, and it
served as a delightful reminder of how useful this change could be. Bravo!
