ConnectionMobileImpl deprecated method call navigator.network.connection

Using gwt-PhoneGap 2.4 with phonegap 2.7.0 on android 4.1.1

this sample code failed :  
PhoneGap phonegap = GWT.create(PhoneGap.class);
Connection connection = phonegap.getConnection();
if (Connection.NONE.equals(connection.getType()) || 
Connection.UNKNOWN.equals(connection.getType()))
            connectionState = false;
        else
            connectionState = true;

because connection.getType() throw an exception : 
"Access made to deprecated symbol : navigator.network.connection"

need to update javascript code
