Feature request: Identify City by area code + exchange #1

The area code and exchange should be enough to identify the city/town the 
number belongs to. It would be nice to display that during an incoming call.

And it would be best to have the database fully cached on the phone, since cdma 
phones will not have any data during an incoming call (and a lookup over the 
web would be slow)

How do you plan to implement City by Area Code?
Can this be implemented for other countries? Maybe local Database?
