phone does not ring or vibrate for incoming calls when app is turned on #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.receive a call
2. the phone screen shows incoming call 
3. phone does not ring or vibrate even when those options are turned on

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the phone to ring and/or vibrate depending on what the phone is set 
on. the screen just lights up with no audible alert.

What version of the product
 are you using? On what operating system?

HTC Evo on Group 2.2
Please provide any additional information below.

Exact Same issue as above. IncomingcallPlus shows the call but there is no ring 
nor vibration despite these options being set correctly.

Using Beta 8.0.8 on an HTC Desire Z (Android 2.2)

Same issue - had to un-install!

Using HTC Incredible 2 - Android V 2.2.1 (Verizon Wireless).  This is not a 
"medium" priority.
