Cannot restore the all apps button

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Drag an icon to the position that used to be the recycle bin, but has moved 
to the top for an unknown reason
2. Voila, you have no ways to open all apps, except for uninstalling adw 
launcher!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Restore the all app icon, and option to disable this silly and useless 
behaviour!

What version of the product are you using? On what phone? What Android
version?

You can reset ADW settings or...

1. long press on desktop.
2. custom shortcut
3. pick activity launcher actions
4. choose open/close app drawer
(you can also give it a custom icon now)
5. drag the icon back to where you want it
