Detach UI language from device locale #296

An option to choose UI language
rather than have the translation forced by device locale.
Such a feature would be greatly appreciated.

This enhancement request does not deal specifically with the app drawer, but
rather aims to enable users from different locales to keep their locale and
still be able to choose ADW's UI language. That means the language in which
settings and menus are displayed.
For example, if your native locale is non English but you still want to keep
the UI in English you will not be forced to change over to US locale.

How can this benefit the masses?

This is basically about the users' freedom to choose the language they would
like their UI displayed in, regardless of their (quite different) choice of
locale.
How many will actually choose to exercise this freedom is tricky to estimate.

please allow me to choose UI language! the hebrew translation has errors and is
overall very annoying. at least i can read hebrew, what happens to, say,
foreign people who live here but can't read hebrew? they have to switch to
another launher, i guess...

I compeletely agree that should there be an opition to choose a language of
your preference. Brazilian Portuguese translation for example is quite anoying
with lots of errors and not complete. I would rather stick to English that is
so much more accurate (of course).
