Rss news animation is laggy for rpi #10

Tested with rpi0. CPU is 100% and animation is laggy. need to find if can do better animation. if not maybe add different options for showing rss news. maybe a widget showing 1 or 2 titles. since its a widget can also add an image maybe.

now we have rss shortcode support so can use that for now which will cycle rss news as a single msg and not slide

the original newsticker is not being maintained and not available to download. should probably change news ticker
