היי, משהו קטן לגבי האפשרות לבדוק דילול בבוט. תראה את התמונה פה, מאוד קשה לראות שיש דילול למרות שה-OS והunrestricted shares כמעט הוכפלו. אולי צריך להראות גם תמונה אחת בלי ה-AS. מעבר לזה באמת כיף להשתמש בזה, ממש תורם

E Y חשבתי על עוד רעיון שיכול להיות נחמד ונראה לי ישים בעזרת הדאטה שלך: איתור כל החברות שמקושרות לאיש מסוים. כלומר המשתמש יכניס את שם האיש והבוט יחזיר את כל החברות שהוא משויך אליהן עם התפקיד בכל חברה. כמובן שיכולים להיות פספוסים כי השם לא נכתב בדיוק אותו דבר, אבל לרוב זה נראה לי כן יעבוד

זה נכון, אבל אם אני מעוניין לבדוק מתי יצא הדוח הקודם אני צריך להיכנס למניה מניה. גם ב financial וגם ב sec. וזה יחסית הרבה מניות כל יום. הערך המוסף שלך זה אפשרות לבדיקה אוטומטית על הפרש תאריכים והתראה אם היה הפרש גדול. קח לדוגמא את TCHC. כשמחפשים עליה אלרטים בבוט הוא לא מוצא כלום. אבל תראה ב otcm שיצא לה טופס 15-12G ב 27.5.21 אחרי שנה שלא הוציאה דוחות והמניה התפוצצה יום למחרת. זאת בדיוק המקרים שאליהם אני מכוון.

Hi EyesonMarket,

I'm loving this stockeralerts bot and had a few suggestions to help make it even better:

1. Possibly add email alerts.
2. For any filings, perhaps a mention of the last filing prior. So, for instance, time from last filing: 6 years ago etc
3. Summary alerts of each day sent to email
4. Scan for Transfer Agent changes(add/deletions), Service Providers(accounting firm/securities counsel) changes

If I think of any other suggestions, will definitely let you know.

Additionally, it seems my free trial just expired and I had a few questions:

1. Before this free trial, the bot was free and at that time, you mentioned users like myself were marked as VIP.
2. Is there any special discounts for VIP users by any chance? Looking to possibly get the yearly package.

Hello!! I'm just trying out stocker alerts for the first time today so maybe that's why I missed it, but looks like $MADI had an updated description that was missed! Or if it wasn't missed and I'm late to the game here, can I suggest a feature which allows you to search previous changes to see version history before we had the scraper enabled kind of? Assuming these are all on your own database already anyways!

Anyways great product and thanks for the opportunity to try it!

any plans for you guys on working on a scanner platform for OTC stocks? I have use scanz and trade ideas but non of those platforms have the correct OTC stock info as far as share structure, Pink Filings, new officer and stuff like that.
