collection: securities keys: ['authorizedShares', 'outstandingShares', 'restrictedShares', 'unrestrictedShares']

Filter SS/OS updates by the following creteria:

if after long time (more than 3 months)
if updated for the first time (no latest)
decrease to 15%
Alert restricted shares increase instead of decrease
