It would be a HUGE benefit for me if there were alert reminders and color
coding of tasks based on time.
For alerts, if it could pop-up message dialogs similar to how RTMNotifier
does, allowing you to complete/postpone/delay tasks right from the alert.
If there are multiple alerts, their windows tile up, limited to a certain
area I believe.
It would be great if the tasks could have a background color that indicates
the due time. For example, tasks that are not due today might be white,
today are light yellow, in 2 hours light green, 1 hour light orange, 5
minutes/now/past due red...
I think these are important because the alerts will ensure you do not
forget a task - I noticed I can work on a task, and it tracks my time, but
there is no indicator that it is time to move on to the next task,
appointment, or whatever.
The color coding would be great as a secondary visual indicator so you know
whats coming up, or as a sort-of-alert - if there is anything red that you
are not currently working on, you pay attention.
