This will allow us to copy scripts over to the target for easier debugging (before including in the build).

DoD: Can copy files to RPi easily over SSH Blockers: Currently when I set network details from the build they don't work! Why???? #7

Pivot: Since this task is not critical to the app operation, for now, will have to run the script manually from rpi to set the static ip as a workaround. Completion at: Yocto repo commit Code repo commit
