Reuqirements

[Req-1] Wallet API allow to get information about selected wallet by address
[Req-2] Allows attach more than one wallet
[Req-3] Wallets should allow attach external services (via distributed API) to check wallet value
[Req-4] Wallet is defined to give information about coin name, which is connected to wallet
